After a lively Fresher's Fair and interviews for new recruits, various clubs and organizations in XJTLU have been injected with new blood. However, facing the new working environment, the internal management of clubs is still immature, and the members who are full of enthusiasm for the construction of the clubs do not know how to implement it. In order to promote mutual assistance, cooperation and development among clubs, CPO organized the Student Club Leader Conference. 

The conference is presented in the form of topic discussion. In the sharing session, the presidents share the methods to solve the conflict between the time and the need of activity planning, discuss the problem of "how to improve leadership" and so on.

At the end of the conference, Renpeng Jia, president of the CPO gave a summary. He answered the questions about warehouse usage, election of clubs and the new released handbook. Also, he further introduced the general plan of the culture festival which will establish the foundation for further integration among the clubs.

The Student Club Leader Conference is not a activity where people just talk about strategies on paper. It is an inclusive and open platform to review the past and prepare for the better future.
