PEC is part of the Office of Student Affairs and is one of the four centers that provide general education courses. The school offers about 20 physical education classes each semester. 

PEC is responsible for school-wide physical education, physical fitness testing, physical health promotion, physical education guidance, physical education exchange, physical education development and other affairs.
