It has always been a pleasure to be “the senior” who first, ever in its history, to stay with the presidium of XJTLU Student Union for three years, from the 9th to the 11th. Shall I compare it to a journey, where the scenery en route and the mood to appreciate it matter more than the destination. As I once put it in an interview: “It is the affection rather than the attachment to Student Union and its people matters.”SU is an organization worthy of staying and of contributing to, which is why I started three years ago. It still has several deficiencies after its establishment of more than a decade. However, what I witness, during my presidency, is its accumulative progress day by day as they put their minds together when organizing activities and as they strive for the best when performing duties…If I were to say, should the Student Union have the courage to make changes and be kind to those that cannot be changed. Hopefully, years later, the crowd to Zemo and the throng in the FB all fade away while what I merely perceive is the SU.
