When the world is experiencing COVID-19 in 2020, there are many challenges for club activities in XJTLU. Various clubs have faced problems such as organizing online and offline activities. Accordingly, Club Program Office holds the Student Club Leader Conference with the topic of After-Epidemic Period, hoping that the arrangement of club activities can be more constructive. After the conference, every club has a deeper understanding of the problems caused by this epidemic.

This conference is an opportunity that provides a platform to communicate for each club. It is presented in three main sections including president sharing, discussion and game. Four club leaders share their views about future club developments in the afterepidemic period. In the second part of session, the club leaders discuss four themes about club running during the epidemic, which are “Linkage of clubs”, “integration of online and offline activities”, “Management and communication issues” and “expectations for club development”. The third part is the game called “call me call my name”. This game not only adds fun to the solemn conference but also be an opportunity to test their mutual understanding of each club. Finally, the conference ends up with the video of interviewing XJTLU's president, Xi Youmin. In the video, President expresses his affirmation and expectation to every club in the after-epidemic period. 

Through this conference, various clubs rise the problems brought by the COVID-19 and make up their mind to face new challenges in the after-epidemic period.
