Win in XJTLU Leadership Training Program commenced in G13W CB, on the evening of October 27, 2023, and finished on November, 30th.

Leadership is not a solo journey; it encompasses the abilities to collaborate, communicate effectively, and establish strong relationships. Leaders understand the importance of surrounding themselves with diverse perspectives and fostering an inclusive environment where every voice is valued and heard.

In addition to its Suzhou Industrial Park campus, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) has officially commenced operations at its Taicang campus, where students pursuing majors in big data and artificial intelligence have already begun their studies. In today's internet-driven era, the rise of self-media platforms such as Tiktok and RED has necessitated that students acquire certain new media skills, including tweet creation and video editing, to enhance their personal competitive strengths.

Therefore, the theme of this competition is: "Breaking Boundaries: Connecting SIP to TC." As XJTLUers, we hope that through this leadership competition, students will not only learn about new media but also present their vision of XJTLU to everyone in an efficient and concise manner from the perspectives of their fellow participants.
