The stadium assistants are staffed by current students at XJTLU, playing a crucial role in the daily operations of the XJTLU Sports Centre. They assist teachers in supervising the use of the venue,  managing the order of the venue, and recording hardware issues. There are four teaching week recruitments and two holiday recruitments each academic year, and they can only start their shifts after training.
