Student News Center（SNC）of Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, founded in 2009, is a student media organization on XJTLU Campus and one of the member media of China (Jiangsu) University Media Union. We are dedicated to using a unique perspective and an opening mindset to show the brilliant life and style of XJTLUer and have published a lot of original articles on the Wechat Public subscription "XJTLU Online".  SNC consists of News, Videos and Photography departments. Daily functions include newsgathering, new media promotion, video production, shooting and editing, and outreach planning. Liberty, avant-garde, innovation, and immediacy have become the labels and characteristics of Student News Center.

Student Enterprise Development Association (SEDA), Student Admissions and Career Development Office as its guidance department, is an organization to support students to innovate start up business, and to provide platforms for every student who have dreams of innovation and entrepreneurship to participate in the society and challenge themselves. SEDA holds business workshops and roadshows on business startup on a regular basis, building a bridge of communication for every young entrepreneur and people interested in starting a business.

Student Accommodation Committee (SAC) was set up in 2009 and is a student self-governed organization. By holding a wide range of activities in the halls, Student Accommodation Committee aims to help students to develop good life habits and healthy dormitory cultures and helps to solve problems in daily life. Meanwhile, as the bridge connecting students，university and Property Management & SIPEDI, Student Accommodation Committee would collect information from students about the problems in daily life and reflect to the Property Management & SIPEDI to push them to solve the problems as soon as possible through positive communication and coordination.As a young and active organization, Student Accommodation Committee (SAC) are committed to build a more perfect and more unique university accommodation experience. We welcome students with dedication and adventurous spirit to join us.

 Student Ambassador Union (SAU for short) is a student autonomous organization leaded by the enrollment and employment development office of XJTLU. In any department, students have their own characteristics with lively mind or calm mentality. At the same time, our confidence, kindness and patience are also performed. During the alma mater activity in winter vocations, the school open days, and the enrollment in summer vocations, the student ambassadors always show a very real and wonderful XJTLU with their most essential qualities. XJTLU SCDA was established in May 2008, known as the Student Career Development Association. SCDA is designed to adapt to the demand of the employment market for XJTLU students ' own career development requirements. SCDA was initiated by students independently, for XJTLU Career Development Office and headed by XJTLU careers Development office teachers, higher education sector guidance work of non-governmental organizations (NGO). In modern society, college students have met serious competition in job-hunting, the employment situation is more severe. As an International University, whereas this situation on the students of XJTLU is particularly critical. Therefore, a clear job target, scientific career planning, internships opportunity, and the rational design of job hunting are really important in the career development. SCDA aims at assisting college students to establish correct career values, employment consciousness, and comprehensive and standard career development to improve the comprehensive ability of students in XJTLU.SCDA provides career information and become the platform between students and university. SCDA improves their employment competitiveness and ability to accommodate the modern society. For underclassman, SCDA aims at cultivating the consciousness of career planning and universal career development concept. For upperclassman, SCDA provides training on the vocational skills and help those adapt to the coming challenges.   

Science and innovation association was established in 2009 by students who are passionate about science, technology and innovation. It is one of the earliest and the largest Functional club for science in XJTLU. It is responsible for the organization and management of extracurricular scientific and technological activities for students, mainly focusing on scientific research and popularization of science.SIA consists of six departments: Creative Department, Outreach Department, Media Department, General Management Department, Research Department and Research Center, and MCU Event Group, VEX Event Group, 3D Printing Event Group and WeChat app Event Group. Some of the exciting events held were Chamber Escape, Gamer's Night, Maker's Marathon, Knowledge Sharing Officer, and Workshops from many technology companies. We are looking for you that are also passionate about innovation to join us.

XJTLUERS with a better vacation experience through planning holiday social practice.

SRA is an organization that mainly consists of university committee student representation. SRA shall be an information hinge that unites all the student representatives to work more effectively, communicates, and holds activities for maintaining the committee system healthily.SRA is responsible for all student representatives, under the guidance of the university, and the supervision of all resident students of XJTLU (including undergraduate and postgraduate students), and internally ensures that all members abide by the code of conduct.SRA assists student representatives to discuss difficult issues, coordinates manpower deployment issues among committee student representation. The Executive Board is the management core, responsible for providing support to student representatives and holding necessary meetings to deliberate issues among committee student representation mechanism. Normally SRA will not communicate with the committees directly. If there is any issue that is difficult to solve or it relates to a wide range of students, SRA will consult with the Academic Services Office in the first instance before taking action.SRA aims to help sustain the committee system by providing assistance for committee student representation. The assistance mainly includes briefing, training, and continuous support like the experience sharing seminars. The training sessions and seminars for regular student representatives in SRA routine activities complement each other.SRA is established in September 2020.

Through organizing and co-organizing activities such as healthy growth, academic support, further studies and employment, and alumni interaction, the School of Intelligent Engineering supports the all-around development of its undergraduate students from multiple perspectives and in all aspects.

The Student English Association (SEA) is one of XJTLU's largest and most dynamic clubs, run with guidance and support from the Language Centre. It features a range of social, cultural and academic activities designed to improve your English skills. Events emphasize making friends, developing new skills and learning about the world and are frequently attended by Language Centre tutors.The growing list of events includes: English Corner, lectures, speaking competitions,and festival celebrations. Most activities are free and open to all XJTLU students. While the club has extensive support from the Language Centre,a student-led corporate structure has been established which offers students the opportunity to acquire leadership experience in addition to applying what they have learnt in their studies.New ideas or members are always welcome.
