🎯 Goal: Enhance member interaction, improve skills, and strengthen the club’s cohesion
To offer members a regular, stable platform for training and interaction, the XJTLU Taicang Badminton Club launched the "Spring Badminton Free Play Sessions" series. Open to all members, this event provides free shuttlecocks & court access every week, encouraging members to form teams, exchange skills, and grow together. It also serves as a great opportunity for newcomers to integrate smoothly into the club’s atmosphere and find partners to practice with.

Since the launch of this activity, 30-50 members have participated in each session. Members have expressed strong enthusiasm for the relaxed, free-play format, which allows them to train, socialize, and have fun simultaneously. Additionally, we have collected feedback suggesting the addition of structured competitive games and skill tutorial sessions, which we plan to incorporate in future improvements.
