XJTLU International Competence Program, led by Professor Chao, successfully passed the defense organized by the Ministry of Education, which led to its approval by the China Center for People-to-People Exchange of the Ministry of Education. 

The university has since become a base for cultivating high-level talent in the project. From the first year onward, Prof.Chao has been invited to attend the opening ceremony of each year’s project training, serving as a guiding light to inspire and encourage the students.

The agenda for the 2024 Fall Kick-off Ceremony is as follows:
