2025 Wind Riders Cycling Club "Freshman Cup" - Jinji Lake Cycling Tour Event Content

1. Assembly and Check-in: Before 9:30 a.m. on September 20 (Sunday), freshmen must gather at the North Gate of FB Building, North Campus of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. After checking in, they shall sign the safety agreement. Team leaders will clarify the cycling safety rules, route process and group division to ensure every participant understands the event arrangements.

2. Cycling Tour Session: After 9:30 a.m., all participants will depart uniformly for Jinji Lake and ride in groups divided into "Private Bike Group" and "Shared Bike Group". Each group will have 10-15 people, with 1-2 team leaders/support staff assigned; if the number of people in a single group exceeds 15, it will be further divided into "Beginner Group 1", "Beginner Group 2", etc., to ensure orderly cycling. Along the way, participants will stop to take photos and check in at Ligong Causeway and Suzhou Center in sequence, then go to a coffee shop for coffee before continuing to complete the Jinji Lake circuit ride. The average speed throughout the journey will be adjusted according to beginners' ability, with safety as the top priority.

3. Closing Session: After all participants return to the North Gate of FB Building, North Campus, they will draw event souvenirs on-site. The cycling tour event will officially end after confirming that all people are present.
