About us:

JR Leadership Association was established in 2015, it is the only organization for the purpose of “developing youth leadership”. In 2022, JR Leadership association was established in Taicang Campus.

JR Leadership Association is committed to providing a broad platform for students to showcase their strengths, develop leadership skills, interact, and create unforgettable memories. In Taicang Branch, we have more opportunities to understand and contact with enterprises and learn more job hunting skills.

So far, we have undertaken the enterprise visit of IFLYtek, feel the charm of artificial intelligence industry, but also understand the relevant work and internship road. In addition, we also invited HR to guide students to improve their resumes, learn interview skills, and help students solve their doubts about resumes and avoid mistakes in resumes.
