【Organization Introduction】
Established in 2015, the JR Leadership Association is the only student organization at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University dedicated to "cultivating young leadership." In 2022, the JR Leadership Association was established in the Taicang campus, becoming the second student club there. In Taicang, our focus is inclined towards the idea of integrating the university with local enterprises, aiming to provide more opportunities for students to interact with companies. Whether you want to improve your social skills, overcome social anxiety, or develop your leadership abilities, or if you wish to have more contact with enterprises and secure your desired job offers, Jie Rui is here to support you. We offer a series of training sessions and activities to help you gradually enhance your leadership skills through practice. JR's development mission: To help you realize your leadership blueprint.

【Department Introduction】
● Event Department
This is a department that combines talent and meticulousness. All event management, organization, on-site control, and information notification are handled by the Event Department. If you wish to accumulate experience in organizing large-scale events and improve your organizational skills, welcome to join the Event Department family!
● Planning Department
Responsible for planning and organizing various types of activities, including competitions, gatherings, lectures, etc. If you have good ideas, you can fully exert them here and plan a unique event. The Planning Department welcomes every friend who has planning ability or hopes to cultivate their planning and coordination skills!
● Brand Department
Here you will fully exert your creativity. Making tweets, posters, event photography, and video editing will all be opportunities for you to showcase yourself. Even if you are a beginner entering the Brand Department, you will become proficient in the above skills under guidance. If you are interested, the Brand Department welcomes your joining!
