In this activity, we will learn Zhuangzi's "Xuzhou Heart Method" and learn how to achieve inner peace and tranquility through meditation and introspection. At the same time, we will deeply explore Zhuangzi's literary characteristics and understand the uniqueness of his words, rhetorical techniques and images. This helps us better understand his philosophical ideas. In the activity, we will study how Zhuangzi cleverly uses runes to express profound philosophical concepts. Academic Clubs
