1. Background
Since we established in 2013, Mini Power has been committed to protecting and caring special children, so that they can have more happy time and contact with a more wonderful world. On the occasion of the seventh anniversary, we hope to publicize more knowledge about them to our school students by hiking.
2. Time and Venue
Time: 14:00-19:00, Sunday, December 13, 2020
Venue: Jinji Lake, Suzhou
3. Theme
Students will walk through the famous landmark buildings in Suzhou, such as Oriental gate, Suzhou Culture and Art Center, Ferris wheel park, Jinshuiwan bridge, with a total distance of 15 km.
(1) We hope to realize the original intention of public welfare in the long-distance walk and retake the road of public welfare. We want to call on more like-minded friends to care for and protect special children.
(2) At the same time, Mini Power will cooperate with XJTLU Volunteer Academy to advocate the concept of environmental protection with practical actions, call for low-carbon life, and irrigate the "ant forest" of Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University!
4. Prizes
After the hiking activity, you will receive the corresponding prize according to the number of punched cards, and you will have the beautiful surrounding and mysterious awards. If for some reasons, you can't complete the entire journey, you can also get the corresponding award according to the number of points!
Besides, you can donate the steps of hiking on the day to the XJTLU public welfare forest (Alipay ant forest). The first 50 students who complete all the hiking trip and donate the largest number of steps can also get a limited edition XJTLU sports towel!

Mini Power Group is a public welfare association devoted to helping mentally disabled children through rehabilitation training, study and play. Through these activities we aim to make every day more fulfilling for these children. Our fundraising events, such as selling paper handicrafts, raise money to help the children overcome the challenges they face in their daily lives.
