With the acceleration of globalization, economic ties among countries have become increasingly close. Emerging industries are developing rapidly worldwide, and the formulation and improvement of international trade rules in emerging fields have become an important issue. As an emerging product of the new era, AI has significantly insufficient legislation internationally, especially when it comes to trade issues related to national security, how should the law be applied? How should the responsibility boundary be delineated? This is a question worthy of deep reflection. This English mock court is taking this as the main topic, allowing students to better understand international law, broaden their horizons, reason and think rationally, and better integrate with the world, thereby helping them become global citizens. This English mock court has successfully invited Kunshan Duke University, Ningbo University of Nottingham, and Suzhou University to join us. Through a real simulation of the common law court environment, we will jointly engage in a frontier legal thought and discussion exchange, break free from the constraints of traditional legal provisions, and grasp the pulse of the times.
