1 Voice of Knowledge Recruitment

1 Planning Department

Plan new activities for the club, coordinate the relationships between various departments, complete the club planning plan, and assist the club in completing the activities.

2 Activity Department

Organize each club activity, complete the preparation, progress, and closing work for each activity.

3 Finance Department

Responsible for event budgeting, reimbursement of event expenses, and reimbursement of club funds.

4. Propaganda Department

Responsible for the posters and official account tweets of the association, playing a certain role in publicity for the association

5 External Relations Department

Responsible for collaborating with on campus clubs and assisting clubs in collaborating with off campus institutions.
