During our regular Frisbee activities, we will lead everyone in warm-up exercises, practice forehand and backhand throws, fine-tune our disc-catching skills, and organize a Frisbee tournament. After the event, we will guide everyone in stretching exercises to reduce muscle fatigue, and finally, take a group photo to commemorate this wonderful moment.
