Collegiate Shag 起源于 1930 年代美国，以快速脚步、弹跳步伐和轻盈节奏感著称，是最具活力与欢乐感的摇摆舞风格之一。
Collegiate Shag is a lively swing dance from the 1930s, known for its fast footwork, bouncy steps, and upbeat musicality—one of the most energetic forms of swing.

🔸 导师介绍｜Instructor — Aï

Aï 来自法国，拥有丰富的国际教学与比赛经验。自 2017 年起，她与 Alex Dreyer 和 Fancy Dougherty（Fancy 与 Steve Sayer 曾五次拿下 Camp Hollywood Shag 冠军）一起跳 Lindy Hop，并与多位国际大师合作。她参与组织多场国际 Shag 工作坊，并以原创编舞与多年的比赛经验推动 Shag 在法国的发展。
Aï is a French swing dancer with strong international teaching and competition experience. Since 2017, she has trained with Alex Dreyer and Fancy Dougherty (whose partner Steve Sayer is a five-time Camp Hollywood Shag champion). She has collaborated with international instructors, organized Shag workshops, and contributed to the growth of Shag in France through her choreography and competition background.
