On the tenth of May, the Demonstration and Award Ceremony of “Win in XJTLU” Leadership Training Season14&15 holds at CB G23W. This activity, which has lasted a month , finally comes to a perfect end. Group B in Season 14 and Group A in Season 15 win the first prize.

Initially, four groups in Season 14 “XJTLUers” exhibited their works during this month by PPT presentation. A romantic story of a pair of freshmen meeting by chance for several times in club activities is told by Group B to interpret “XJTLUers” in their eyes. Their words “When you participate in community activities, not only are you getting to know each other, but also are you gradually understanding yourselves” strike a chord with every audience. Group A draws everyone’s attention by a well-designed poster. They define XJTLUers as students who are diligent, hardworking, positive and optimistic. Group D takes a good advantage of every group member’s strengths. They use an elaborate micro film to exhibit a rich and colorful day of XJTLUers. Group E explores the attributes of XJTLUers by online survey and face-to-face interview. Unconstrained, independent, innovated, diligent and brave are used to describe XJTLUers by them.

Afterwards, five groups in Season 15 “Call-up” demonstrate their works. Group A narrates the process of their work, difficulties they met and solutions they came up with. Group C’s spirit of keeping ahead of others is praised by the audience while Group D’s publicity of delivering flowers impresses everyone.

At the end, the host announces the result of “Win in XJTLU” Leadership Training Program Season 14 and 15. Group B in Season 14 and Group A in Season 15 win the first prize.
