XJTLU Chorus will hold recruitment interviews for management departments from 19:00 to 20:00 on Wednesday evening. The departments open for recruitment this time include the Publicity Department, the Planning Department, and the Chorus Affairs Department. Students interested in the management work of the choir are welcome to participate actively.

Publicity Department: It is mainly responsible for shaping the external image and promoting the choir. Specifically, its work covers the design of event posters, the writing of promotional copy, the content operation of social media platforms, the photography and videography at performances, and the sorting of post-production materials. Its aim is to expand the campus influence of the choir through diverse communication forms.

Planning Department: It focuses on the overall coordination of the entire event process. It needs to be responsible for the conception of plans, process design, resource coordination, and implementation of various activities such as performances and team building, to ensure the orderly conduct of activities.

Choir Affairs Department: It undertakes the functions of internal management and service. It is mainly responsible for the registration of members' information, attendance management, the communication of notices about rehearsals and activities, and the collection and feedback of members' opinions, so as to ensure the smooth daily operation of the choir.

This interview will adopt the form of a joint preliminary interview by multiple departments. Candidates are required to briefly introduce their personal situation and intended department, and elaborate on their competitive advantages. Interviewers will ask targeted questions based on the needs of the departments. The overall process is efficient and orderly, taking about 60 minutes in total.
