Training location: Playground of XJTLU South Campus
【 Course Setting 】 (grouped by pace)
Group A: 400* 15@3 : 00-3:10 (lap time 72-76 seconds) Suitable for half marathon target: within 117 seconds
Group B: 400* 15@3 : 20-3:30 (lap time 80-84 seconds) Suitable for half marathon target: 120-130
Group C: 400* 15@3 : 40-3:50 (lap time 88-92 seconds) Suitable for half marathon target: 130-140
Group D: 400* 12@4 : 00-4:20 (lap time 96-104 seconds) Suitable for half marathon target: 140-150
Group E: 400* 10@4 : 40-4:50 (lap time 1:52-1:56 seconds) Half marathon target: 150-200
Group F: Low intensity slow jogging 5km suitable for beginners
Intergroup rest time: Group A takes a 75 second break, Group B takes an 80 second break, Group C takes a 90 second break, Group D takes a 100 second break, and Group E takes a two minute break
-Group A runs the innermost lane - Group B runs 2 and 3 lanes - Group C runs 2 and 3 lanes - Group D runs 3 and 4 lanes - Group E runs 4 and 5 lanes - Group F runs the outermost lane
[Special Reminder]
1. Equipment requirements: Water equipment is required, lightweight running shoes should be worn, and it is recommended to wear a sports watch
2. Safety guidelines:
-Stop training immediately if dizziness/joint pain occurs

3. This event is a regular activity of XJTLU Running Club, and members will provide free supplies (such as water or sports drinks)
XJTLU Running club was born in 2013, which is one of the distinctive school sports clubs. We are aimed to promote activities of running and unite the students in XJTLU who have passion for running. We have regular activities such as Morning running and Night running. It appeals many students, international students and teachers. Through the development of the various activities, the XJTLU Running club formed a warm and harmonious atmosphere to communicate with a good external environment. With the continuous efforts, this good trend will continue.
